Crockett & Jones is committed to the quality of our footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of receipt. Please ensure shoes are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles, as damaged items cannot be accepted for a refund.
Complete Return Form
Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, clearly indicating whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.
Pack Securely
Place the unworn shoes back into their individual dust bags and original green box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided pre-paid DPD return label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off & Track
Hand your parcel to your local DPD pickup point and retain your receipt as proof of postage until your return has been processed by our Northampton warehouse.
